Turn Signal Question

How hard is it to replace the switch on the turn signal that sends the turn signal back to center after a turn?

I guess the easy way to say it is, I need to replace the turn signal switch on the console....

Remove three phillips screws on the bottom of the steering column, pull the halves apart, and then there should be some Torx screws holding it in with a connector.
