Show Off Your Pre-97 Trucks

Here's my new (to me) 96 and this is what she looked like Yesterday when I picker her up in Boise.
The radio was toast and the AC needs to be recharged. She has a few dings and scratches, but overall still a good looking truck for a 15 year old. Had 148K on the odometer when I got her.
Today I mounted my racks & tool box from my old truck and went to Wally World and got a cheap Sony AM/FM/CD/MP3 and installed it. The 9 hour trip from Boise was hell with out any kind of radio.

Thanks Bobby Hill! Love that show by the way. Hank's my favorite!
Thanks a bunch Eric! Means a lot to me. I love the truck. I think it looks a lot better with the rake now. I know a lot of guys prefer the leveled look but I didn't think it looked right with just 31 inch tires.
I love working the rig when I get the chance. I know you can't tell from the current pictures but I do try to keep her clean as much as I can. This winter is taking it's toll. Poor thing doesn't even look black anymore, haha!

Your truck is simply beautiful, man. I love it.
Alright guys, I gave Ole' Betsy a buttlift. Two more inches in the rear. In person she looks a TON more aggresive. Pictures don't seem to capture the new stance very well.
Amazing what a slight touch can do. I love it. A LOT.

Gorgeous bricknose. There's definitely something to be said about its simplicity. There's just something about a calm white regular cab singing with that diesel tone. Very nice.

thank you sir. the "simplicity" look was what I was wanting and what I find the best-looking. had a couple buddies who thought I was crazy for replacing the smoked tail lights with original stock tail lights whenever I bought this truck. hah. although it does have aftermarket bigger tires and wheels, as long as you don't go overboard then the simplicity will remain. this is what I was going for.
