With the 351W and 35s runnin with 3.55s with the ZF5, she runs just about perfect. The ZF has that low granny gear for towing and technical wheelin, and with the power of the 351W, she cruises at 70mph (110 or so kmh) at 2100 RPM. So far its been a great combination, and hills (unless very steep) arent even a problem.

Texasguy, that is a nice looking truck. I like the two-tone with the blacked out windows, plastic bed caps, and clear corners, looks very classy.

yeah but you have double the horse power at that RPM...the 351 doesnt have a whole lot more peak torque than the 300 does, but that doesnt do me any good a 65MPH turning those RPMs...i can barely use 5th gear any more, hardly enough hp at that RPM to keep em turning, 4th feels like 5th used to...my first 3 gears didnt suffer any though

Heres my 1990 f250 ex aussie ambulance.
Has been converted back to a flat bed tray which i tossed out and made my own custom one!
5.8lt c6 under the bonnet!

Just incase anyone is wondering, the ambulances had a duel alternator set up which i kept!

Just changed the indicator lenzes to the clear type today which look a whole lot better!

hey twin, how much snow you guys got this year? we finally got an inch.

Somebody mentioned yellow, dirty looking headlights. dont waste ur money on headlight cleaners, all you need is some 2000 grit sandpaper, 1500 works good if your carefull. and then take 3m rubbing compound and a buffing pad. cleans up better than those polishes. and if you dont have a buffer, just go to walmart and pick up a black and decker polishing kit. also make sure you wax whatever you buffed.

depends who you ask...with the wind around here in my yard alone there a places you can see grass and there are places 7 feet deep...theres really no way to tell LOL... but id say theres an average of at least a foot

i think they were referring to the black and decker polishing kit from walmart not those headlight cleaner kits, those bring the suck..

and BTW...we are officially twins now lol...now that i got my 35's too hehe

those are some nice trucks guys!...lets see more pics!
