Alright time for my truck's first internet debut:

96 F-150, Inline 6, 5 speed, 31x10.50 tires.

And why not a few of my toy for good measure?

For those interested, the car has 4.30s, short throw shifter, 03 terminator wheels, BBK lowering springs, Nitto 555R drag radials, intake, off road X pipe, and Mac mufflers. This winter she's getting lower control arms, subframe connectors, and nitrous (75-100 shot).

Thats a very nice Eddie Bauer F150. I like it.

That Cobra is sweet. We have a 97 very much like it.

very nice EB and the mustang too!

that is a damn clean dually up there nice!

got my 95 back today for those who were following...earlier than planned, and this is why

went to the shop to pick up the papers and the key, got that sorted out so i jump back in the 91 to bomb off to work and the bitch wouldnt start, the starter finally crapped out coincidentally it did it while i had both my truck sitting right there, so i swapped everything over and now the grey one sits there on the main drag in coaldale haha...goin back tomorrow to change the starter then i gotta find a way to get er home, i only have insurance and plates for one so i cant do em both at the same time and its a very longs walk LOL

so when i got home i went out and did a quick survey and found a sweet little spot to take the 95 to test the SAS and suspension so next time i have nothing to do and its daylight out, ill be there, and so will my camera haha

hahaha yeah its nice, rougher than hell on the road and with no steering stabilizer hit a few bumps the wrong way and it can get interesting...but i am proud to say my SAS will hold a dead straight line till it runs out of road so long as theres no bumps LOL...needless to say a steering stabilizer is in the works...i was told they had to be aligned to 78 f150 specs but the place that did it aligned it to 89 - 96 f150 4x4 specs and its just peachy

I put a dual steering stabilizer on mine after the lift for the same reason, it gave the truck a lot more solid, straighter ride, bump the bumpsteer is definitely still there, albeit less intense. So yeah, just letting you know, itll definitely help, but it wont entirely fix the issue hahah

ya know i thought it would be worse than it is...after corners the steering wheel doesnt return to center or make any attempt to do so but on the highway even when i hit a bump it stays in a straight line unless its really big bump...the biggest reason i want a stabilizer is to get it to return to center a bit better...im still getting used to the rough azz ride though LOL.

i went and did some more wheeling at the same spot in the pics i posted yesterday but i took a different (and bigger) line, that little truck never ceases to impress me, scared the **** out of my friend in the passenger seat LOL, he got 2 short 30 sec vids on his phone he was supposed to send me but i havent got them, i want to go out soon and get a vid of the whole line to put up

Yeah, for me it definitely helps a bit with the return to center, but in either event, its definitely better then it was before. I think i can do a high ride steering conversion that should help alot but i need to get the funds in order first.
And the rough ride really took a bit to get used to hahaha, but its worth it for the awesomeness hahaha

And as far as fourwheeling goes, these trucks can dominate! I still find stuff that other people think is a bad idea and do it with no problem! Its simple math, ford truck+basic offroad driving skills=getting just about anywhere!

yes these things are incredibly capable, even in stock form they are great off road...but stock still sucks LOL...im hoping my springs will soften up a bit though cause right now there is not much flex to be seen...as you can see in the pics, i head BDS was one of the better for flexy

now i has oil leak to fix though on the driver side, it leaks horrible at first when i park it after running for a bit (and probably while its running too) and completely stops after a couple hours which leads me to believe it is something at the top of the engine...and i think i know what it is (i hope its what i think, fairly easy lookin job)
