Got another question. Today I was on the turnpike running 70mph and about 2100rpm's with the cruise on. I could feel the truck surging a little bit, speed up and slow down some. The tach or the speedometer didn't move while it was doing this. Is this the turbo surging or is it some thing in the tranny?
From what I can tell, it seems like your truck is just trying to tell you it wants to go faster. You might have to go 72 next time so it will be happier. These things like it rough and fast.
Your right!! It didn't do it at 65mph. I'll try 75mph tomarrow.

Mine does the same thing, but its when the cruise is set around 68-69. If I hold the resume button down for a second, then tap it again, the truck speeds up a tiny bit and the surge is gone. Doesnt matter if its dead calm out or windy.

that's about the speeds I feel it to....these trucks are not very aerodynamic..there always in a head wind at 70 MPH..
