well i just got my new chip that i bought off here that is used and went to plug it in and it says not the orignal vehicle does this mean i have to send it back to superchip to get it reburned or is there anything else i can do

If you bought it used you need to return it to the person you bought it from. Superchips will not restore it because whoever you bought it from did not restore their truck to the stock tune prior to sending it to you. Additionally, Superchips will not warranty a unit except for the original buyer. Hope you paid for it with a credit card... because the guy who sold it to you ripped you off.
