2002 F250
I have a 02 250 and the truck is making a buzzing sound from the engine compartment with the key in the off or completely out. It sounds like it might be from a fuel component? as the sound changes pitch when the fuel bowl drain is opened. Again this thing is making noise when the truck is off with no key. It has not drained the batts yet, but probably will eventulally. Any thoughts?

I would find someone with a reader and see if the truck is pulling any codes. As I understand it, electrical issues will usually pull a code and it might point you in the right direction.
