You can get exact duplicates of the OEM Harley Headlights on Ebay for less than half the cost of the black OEMs. I just received a set for my Roush F150 for Christmas, looks really good with the blacked out taillights its how the Roush package should have been. I'll see if I can get some pictures up tomorrow.
Side by side I cannot tell the difference between these units and OEM in fit, finish, quality or construction. They even have the same DOT numbers on them. My guess is its the same manufacturer who makes them for Ford. Just search ebay, you'll find a few companys selling them.
The ones from ebay have been known to leak (one of the brands is DEPO). I would run a bead of silicone around the non-OEM lights to help prevent leakage.
I used to have some black DEPO lights and they started leaking after about a year. Luckily I was able to return them for a partial refund and I bought the OEM Harley lights instead.
I've heard alot of people say that the ebay lights are oems that are opened and painted and put back together. Would explain the same dot numbers as well.

That doesn't explain the price, since the OEM headlights (both black and chrome) are twice the price.
