Anybody have success in keeping mice out of the garage ?

Put trays of d-con out. I had mice when I first built my barn, almost 2 years ago. They came, they ate, they died. Haven't had a mouse in over a year, and I have a barrell of feed corn for the deer stored in there.

Throw a cat in there and let them take care of the problem.

Those ultrasonic things don't work at all, used to have a rat infestation, and two of those, no effect. Antifreeze and dog food did though... they were eating it anyway, so i figured I would give it to them with a little added ethylene glycol... just be careful about where it is, you can get things you don't want to eat it too. The rats just loved that, fought each other over it, but they just weren't coming back after much more...

Ethylene glycol works. But if the mouse goes outside and dies, then whatever eats the mouse might die also.
