That sucks. Good thing you didn't need gas for the way home. Even if I have my wallet I seldom carry any cash. I remember getting gas in Chilliwack on my way home once and the debit card system was down and I couldn't pay. I said you can take a check or take nothing but I am not hanging around here for who knows how long.

He bought tricked out skill saw.I guess it clamp's onto whatever you want cut,turn it on and it cut's perfectly straight.Completely hands free.$500.00,kinda pricey,but he's a contractor so it was worth it to him.
There is a plate which goes under the material to be cut,it has groves in it for the blade clearance.The saw attaches to the plate.The guy I spoke to saw it in action,he said it work's pretty slick.
