starts funny after using code reader
i used code reader the other day, now my van makes a clicking noise and starts like it has a weak battery, battery is three weeks old so it's deffinatly not that, it is really strange solinoid is fine too. anybody might know what happened

Just reading/clearing codes won't have any effect on the battery or starting system.
However, the E series OBD1 connector is right beside the battery under the hood. Might you have pulled a cable loose when messing with the OBD1 port?
I would recheck the cables, grounds and attachment to the solenoid.
