thanks , what i'm trying to do is take my '93 f-150 302 E40D sd and make it a maf truck. I have a '96 ecm and trying make it work but the '96 has a 104 pin ecm and the '93 has a 60 pin. I think it is going to be more of a headache going that route. the '96 had a crank shaft sensor on it and i don't think the '96 ecm will work without it. I'm not sure that ford made a MAF with a E4OD that didn't have the CSS. If you know if they did or have any ideas i'd really like to hear them.
Got to the Ford Fuel Injection site. About 3/4 of the way down the page you'll find about five PCMs that will do what you want. They show up from time to time on eBay for about $25. Then wire up your own injector harness and get a 19# MAF sensor from a mustang and you are set.

Yes they did. Read the red lettering in my sig and you find the answer. And yes, my MAF is stock. California had some more MAF vehicles than other states.
The '96 computer won't work.. the wiring harness is totally different. You need a 94-95 F150/Bronco computer, they were mass air. You will have to add wires for the sequential injection as well.
You need a 302 with e4od 94 -95 and harness. Its the most common out there. At least every truck I have seen (including mine ) Are. Will also be less hassle wire wise.
As for 351 ecu it values will be off for the 302 . But it will run just give to much fuel to 302
