i drive a 97 f150 4x2 ex-cab with a 4.6
dose anyone know if the headlight asy. from a late 97 f150 will still go in the slot 4 the early 97s i know the corner markers are diff but can the whole asy. just be put in in place of the org?

I'm really not sure, but I would think that if they are shaped close to the same, then it should fit into the truck. I am assuming that you have the early model? If so, just go to a salvage yard and test fit one from a 97 or 98.

yea ive got the early model. that look just alike on the out side so i realy think they should go. one of mine is froze up (think the rod is bent) so it looks like im gona have to break it out n its realy hard to find the early ones they dont even make all the aftermarket ones 4 it
