I think that's about the best tire/wheel/lift combo out there.... I imagine the fit is great! I had plenty of clearance on my '04 running 5.5" Fabtech lift with 35x12.50-17 on 17x10 rims. I had to space my bumper as far forward as possible and shave a bit of the plastic bumper airdam to fit the 37"x13.50-17s I'm running now. Also I preferred the 35's with my stock 3.73 gears.... But, there's a night and day difference of the added footprint for offroad/snow driving where you need the floatation for the heavy diesel..... What year is yours Mike?

Adam,
I have a 2007 and I was looking at a RCD 4" lift with the Bilstein shocks, I wanted to stay at 35" since I have the 3.73 gears also and I'm looking to NOT shoot myself in the foot with the mileage now that I'm running Matt's Econ tune. I thought since Beerstalker has the 20" Ford wheel he might have some insight as to whether I would need wheel spacers or not?
