Starting problem..need help.

I have a problem with my 02 7.3 that has me and my local shop stumped....hope you guys can help;
Afterleaving my truck for 3 weeks in sub zero deg C temps it started up surprisingly quick with little or no stumbling usually associated with cold weather start ups and then died after 5 minutes. It now won't start at all or for only a short period of time. The codes point to the injection control module but replacing that makes no difference. The CPS has been replaced and that code went away. Once ot twice it has started but only runs for a minute or two before abruptly stopping...almost like turning off the ignition. All electrical connections have been checked, fuel pump is pumping ok, new fuel filter installed and Edge chip has been removed. batteries are charged.
Any suggestions would sure be helpful in solving this mystery. My last resort is to tale it to my Ford dealer along with a blank check.

Is it still below freezing there and is it possible the fuel has gelled or water frozen in the lines?

Did you bring it the shop and put it inside were it is warm? That would eliminate gelling.

Are you running an anti gel additive in the fuel, could the fuel be gelled in the tank. What oil are you running. Check under neath valve covers and make sure the 9-pin connector is seated and locked. also check your under valve cover injector clips and make sure the are seated .

By Injection control module do you mean IDM(injector driver module, Computer located behind the drives side fender) or the ICP(injection control pressure sensor, located on the drivers head , valley side with a three wire connector going into it?)

Does it blow any fuses?. possibly #30. if so this is due to the fuel bowl heater grounding out. disconnect plug on back of fuel bowl, replace fuse, start truck.

The truck was indoors at the shop over the weekend so was warm when tested. Fuel has Diesel Kleen in it for anti gelling.

Im having a problem with my truck starting up now to,its been 8 below at night then warms up to around mid 20s or so,i start my 7.3 stroker and it starts good unplugged and runs good but it died this morning while warming up then it started rite back up but soon as i went to town i shut it off and it wouldn't stay running after starting it up at the store,it had been running for about 20 mins by this time,i do run diesel kleen in it for gelling,it would just start and run a sec and die,it would run longer sometimes then die,then i let it sit for about 5 mins while check for blown fusses and it fired rite up and ran good,i also checked the fuel filter housing it was about 1 inch down on fuel,do any of you think my fuel is gelling up on me or maybe my fuel pump is going out?i had to change out my cps the other day to it went out on me,so its good hahaha
