My truck emits a high pitched whining sound through the speakers when it first starts. Usually when its a little colder outside. Then when Im driving it appears to come when i accelerate. Does anyone know where this interference comes from or has anyone else had this?
It is usually from the alternator. Do you have an aftermarket stereo or amplifier installed? If you don't have a good ground connection (down to bare metal) on those units, then sometimes you can get noise coming through from the alternator.

OK, lets start with the obvious, do you listen to any Celine Dion or old Triumph?
Haha, I crack myself up. Sounds like you've got a ground loop problem. I don't recall hearing anyone complain about this on a stock system, is yours aftermarket? You need a ground loop isolator on your power or on the RCA's going to your aftermarket amp. You can also try finding a cleaner power source.
I was once told that this could be from a bad diode on the alternator. Something about letting the juice flow backwards, as that is apparently what they are supposed to do. I'm not into buying a rebuild kit and doing it myself, but I have had this prob a couple of times over the yrs, and solved it with a new one.
Didnt word that last post right, he said the diode is supposed to keep the elec from flowing back thru. Not sure how this would work, but he was a auto parts manager.
The diodes in the alternator are the rectifier circuit that changes the alternator output from ac to dc. If one of them fails it can cause radio noise and also drain your battery.
There is often a capacitor, called a radio suppression capacitor between the alternator output and ground which could be bad or poorly connected.
Radio noise can also come from any number of ignition defects.

(Mine was fine had it playing Ll day no issues then all of a sudden it starts this screatching threw the speakers out of no where the last 2 stereos I instaled did the same thing but never stopped screaching once they started doing it its loaud and un listenenable

Check the 2 ignition capacitors shown in this diagram. Their job is to filter out the noise you are hearing.
