Hey dude. I didn't mean to offend or be out of line. I took you as you were joking. I thought you meant you went to school and decided to stay out and enjoy the drive in your PSD. I only answered what I thought was a joke with a joke.
I have good reading comprehension but apparently not good enough. I do not intend to be ignorant or out of line. Just intend to help here if I can and have fun doing it. Please before you call me ignorant and out of line find out what I mean beforehand. If I am I will admit it, but here I was not, as you hopefully can tell now.
If I offended you I apologize. I felt offended by you calling me ignorant prematurely.

Anyway back to the topic, can you tell if the needle is hitting the face of the gauge, not sure if that can happen just pulled that one off the top of my head. You may be able to fix it by doing what 1997F-350 said. I am sorry I can't help you any better than that, I have never heard of that happening.
