460 into pickup swap
Is there any problem with running a “car” power steering pump in a pickup? I have the pump and brackets already on the 460 I bought. It is out of a Mercury. Also, it looks like the air conditioner compressor (1979 pickup) will bolt to the mount that is also there. Anyone know for sure?

460 into pickup swap
swapped 460 & c6 combo out of lincoln into 81 f100. used car (gm style) ps pump that came w/460. had local hyd shop make new hose. worked fine. am putting a different 460 in different truck now myself. am trying to figure out tranny input shaft and pilot bushing issues. if you run across anyone who has the answer i would appreciate it.
