Clunking Front End?

Hey guys, heres the prob...i go some clunking going on..happens even when im driving on the smooth highway

94 f250 2wd...Thoughts? Maybe the shocks or somethin? It usualy smooths out at about 80km/h..its loud and i can feel it in my feet when i drive

Here are possibilities.

1. radius arm bushings
2. shocks
3. bearings
4. loose brake caliper
5. engine mounts

when does this occur
only when truck is at speed
from a stop
