rear seat interchangability

Does anyone know if the rear seats out of a Harley or King Ranch will interchange with a regular SCrew. Provided new or matching seat covers are used ipo the leathers. I like the quad captain's chair set-up with dual consoles.

Do the rear seats fold flat like the 60-40 bench in my XLT? It seems that an Expedition console would work up front to get that up-to-the-dash look, and the original would work in the back.

Does anyone know what kind of cost the seats would incur? I asked my local parts guy but he had no real answer to give. He really didn't seem to know if the seats would even come close to interchanging. Can the mounts be that much different? When I worked for Peterbilt they would punch several holes in the floor for air lines, seat anchors, etc.. on different drawing variations. Then at the factory they just used the ones that were needed and went with it. Wouldn't Ford engineering try to use as many common mounts as possible since the only real, non-cosmetic difference seat-wise between the models is the rear seat frames.

Advice from anyone with any knowledge on this subject would be appreciated.
