quick tire size questions

I replaced the stock tires on my 92 f150 4x4 with liberator 31X10.5's. I also replaced the stock 2.73:1 rear end with another with 3.08:1 ratio. Was wondering how much and in what direction this will throw my speedometer off and at what pressure should I run them. Thanks

Should be about the same but...If its off it would say you are going 1-3 MPH faster than you are. I would run the tires at 32.PSI hope this helps

Will read slightly higher than actual, 1-2 mph. What about the front diff? Dont put it 4 wheel drive with 2 different gears. 31s from 235 is not a big change.

Going from 2.73 to 3.08 will make the speedometer read higher.

Thanks. I should have told you it was a 2wd and I converted it to 4wd. The front and rear differentials are the same but thanks for your concern.

If its a new style 92 up truck you can reset speedo for the gear change. I just swapped a 3:08 to 3:55 my self . Go to artical above describes how to do it . Good luck
