Have a Ford model engine, 429 big block, year unknown in a 1969 Ford F100 Ranger model. Numbers are D2VE-AA and DOVE-9425B. Is there any way we can find out the year of the engine? Looking for an owner's manual.

A '2' would indicate it was original cast in 1972 model year, a '0' would indicate 1970 model year.
