Having to replace the front differential

I talked with the mechanic putting the new front differential in this afternoon. He was able to verify that the gearing was an exact match.
And one benefit as well. The diff was from a 93 Bronco and has limited slip!
I wonder how that will affect things. Just make it a little harder to steer when locked in?
