Question 4 or 6 wheels

i have a 2001 f250 sd 4x4 srw with a 7.3l and 3.73 gears, i want to convert it to a drw what mods or parts will i need. i dont want the big wheel packages i want to keep it stock. any sugg?

Shouldn't this be in the SuperDuty forum? Seems like they generally recommend replacing the entire rear axle as the easiest path....

If you have the money to spend to make it look stock, just go to 19.5 wheel and tires and keep it singles.

Yeah, this one's been just about beat to death up in the SD forum - just search for dual rear wheel conversions in the Super Duty forum and you can read all sorts of opinions and ideas.

The simplest way is a drw conversion, such as Arrowcraft (http://www.arrowcraft.com/)

Just remember that (in most states, anyway) nothing you can do to your F250 is going to give it the same legal GVW as an F350 with factory duals. It will increase your stability with a load, though, and you'll get the dually look, if thats all or part of what you're after.
