Calling Matt
Has anyone heard from Matt via email or the calibrations email on the web site? I have read a few threads about folks waiting for a response and those lucky dogs who got a Xcal3s from Santa were waiting for tunes..any response? Matt, how about setting your outlook email to auto respond with a "out of office" reply which can be customized for any reply you want. It may help manage the customer request load if we get a warm fuzzy the email was recieved. The email site on the web can do the same thing. Just a suggestion that may calm the giddy folks like me, who wonder if your spam filters tossed us off the email cliff.

We are still catching up from the holidays on order placement and getting tunes out (most new tuner calibrations have been dispatched; updates are still very much pending). I have a customer (some of you may know him as 04Excursion) who brought his truck down from Edmonton, Alberta Canada for a
HUGE project. I will be back fully available on Monday.
