Has anyone heard from Matt via email or the calibrations email on the web site? I have read a few threads about folks waiting for a response and those lucky dogs who got a Xcal3s from Santa were waiting for tunes..any response? Matt, how about setting your outlook email to auto respond with a "out of office" reply which can be customized for any reply you want. It may help manage the customer request load if we get a warm fuzzy the email was recieved. The email site on the web can do the same thing. Just a suggestion that may calm the giddy folks like me, who wonder if your spam filters tossed us off the email cliff.
