Brake Caliper replacement
I have searched and cannot come up with an anwser to my problem. I have an early '99, F-350, 4x4 Powerstroke. Just replaced the pads and put on new rotors. Found the Rt. front caliper boot torn up and replaced the caliper. I'm embarrassed to say that in my haste to get to a closing parts house with a core, I did not note if there are 1 or 2 copper washers on the banjo bolt. I placed a new washer under the bolt head and bled the brakes then I found another NEW copper washer loose in the box. Is there one to be sandwiched between the square brake line connector and the caliper as well??
It is not leaking the way it is now with only one washer under the bolt head, but I want to do this right for obvious reasons.
