Is there a supercharger that will work with my 95 3.0?

Not as far as I've seen. There isn't much in the way of performance parts for the 3.0L. I've only seen superchargers for the 4.0L SOHC.

I think whipple used to make a kit but as far as I know it's been discontinued for a while now. It'd probably be easier to rig up some sort of turbo setup.

Whipple did indeed make a kit for the Ranger and I believe it was even available through Ford Racing Performance Parts but I can find no trace of it now. In 2005 you could order a Ranger STX 3.0 and have the blower dealer installed.
