As of this morning at 1.am, my brothers and I went out for a late night ride after a snowstorm to go to Burger King, while in the drive thru, I was focusing on getting my truck around the turn, but while doing so I heard a horrendous screech come from my passenger side of my truck, and there I saw this huge dangling sticklike bush scratching all along hood and roof of my truck. I was so furious, but the thing was, I was stuck, this particular type of stick like tree was going in all sorts of directions all the way down the drive thru, so going backwards would actually be even worse then keep driving through and against the bush. The guy at the drive thru realized I was very mad, and had the nerve to say to me that "the guy earlier today said he was going to make them pay for a new paint job", but the funny thing was he was telling it to the wrong guy, because that makes two people that are going to be getting back to them for the overhanging bushes all around their drive thru. I had been thru that drive thru before and always hated how those bushes came so close, but with the weight of the snow, they hung low enough to actually get my truck. So I thought I vent and see what you guys thought I do in order to properly propose a complaint that there lack of maintenance scratched my truck and probably should pay for the repair.

Snap some pics of the hanging branches. Would've been even better if you did when it was scratched up against the truck. File an official complaint. Again, would've been ideal if you did it when it happened b/c now they can say it happened elsewhere. Is the bush on their property? Depending on state, theres some weird rules on tree branches and who is responsible for them when its on 2 properties. Anyway, just some things to think about. I dont know if you'll win it but worth a shot.
One thing for certain, DO NOT go to the detail shop you visited some while ago.........
I'd go visit the manager. Be reasonable, not much he can do, perhaps trim the shrubs. Not likely you will get much out of them because you didn't have to use the drive-through.......
Ya Its really annoying tho, I had a few girls in the truck with me so I coudlnt freak out infront of them and they didnt want to go in, so I was in a bad situation, but my ppor baby, I dont even think it go scratched that bad, because there was ice on them so they sort of just glided along the paint, but it was still upsetting.
