Headlights

How are the headlights supposed to be wired? 3 prongs. is one a ground? Is one hi beam or 2 high beam. one side on my bronco is wired diffrent that the other!

One wire for low beam, one wire for high beam and one ground.

Which is ground and which is hi beam???

If your wiring is original:
black- ground
red/black- high beam
green/black- low beam

I can't remember for sure if the hi/ low beams are correct or reversed. Once you figure out ground, you should be able to figure out the other wires.

I am talking about on the bulb. which is ground, hi, and low

With the back of the headlight facing you and the terminals facing like a "U". The left terminal is the ground, the right terminal is low beam, and the center is high beam.
