It depends on whether you want stock or aftermarket. I have seen some aftermarket gizmos that replace your handshakers with a box containing a motor and switch. It has a gear that meshes with the regulator shaft. Although it sounds kinda tacky, the finished product didn't look all that bad. I think the box was about 3 1/2" square. It was in an Aerostar, so it sorta blended. The owner told me he got it through J C Whitney.
To do a stock conversion would be,IMHO, a major pain in the butt. Doors gutted, regulators swapped, wiring run, door panels replaced or modified for the switches......... Get the idea? I was an auto glass installer for a few years, and even with the expertise, I wouldn't want to tackle it. (Unless someone was paying me A LOT!)
Hope this helps.

Find a good junkyard that deals in late model wrecks. You may find one that can trade new doors for your old. It may not be too tough to find ones that have the correct color interior panels. If you are real lucky, you may find the correct exterior color, too. As a bonus, you should get power mirrors with the new doors.
