Spring "get together"

Hey, Pat...you know I'm game. All I can say though is that the 28th of June is no good for me (unless it rains...sounds dumb, I know). My wife's eldest son just got married this past Monday at a magistrate's office, and they're having their reception that weekend. Tammy's going up by herself for a week, and I told her that I'd cruise up on the motorcycle (best gas mileage) the day before and the day of the party, IF there's NO chance of rain.
But any of the other days you mentioned are good for me, to the best of my knowledge. Course, I'm close enough that I could stop by just about any time!

The 28th is my grandsons 2nd birthday party at my house. I asked the wife if we could make it up on the 19th, she is going to check her work schedule and our money. I'm probably going to do Bloomsburg, I haven't missed going to Bloom since 89, even if it was only a day trip. I usually take a couple of my grandkids up with me, I have twelve of them, so I don't take them all. The 8th, 9th, & 10th of August is Carlisle All Truck Nationals and I'll be there for the whole weekend. I'm going to need a job just so I can afford the gas for these shows and get togethers. Does anyone know where they may need an unskilled, lazy, complainer who wants to get paid lots for doing as little as possible. I can guarantee consistency in my attitude of indifference and do nothingness.

I have an idea, lets wait until we all get together at Carlisle and arrange it then. We will still have decent weather well into late september I will host it at any time.

Update on looking for a job with my qualifications;
Politician. Seems I'm well suited for it.
Moan and complain about everything and everybody. Blame the other guy, show up at the office infrequently, lunch as long as I can on someone else's dime, take credit for all the good stuff that someone else did, consistently do as little as possible while shuffling stacks of papers and running around as though I where busy. Collect great pay with substantial raises and incredible benefits package. Let the taxpayer/government pay the gas and insurance for my leased luxury vehicle, that is needed to get me to the airport for the essential conferences in Cancun, Vegas, Hawaii, St. Martins and any other local that my secretary may accompany me to, to take dictation.

I have decided that I am going to have a party
on September 6th. That is a saturday. It will be a general party for no reason whatsoever. I just want to have a BIG party. Anyone interested please come. Rules are as I have stated before: Fun is free. Beer is free. Space is free. Bring campers. Bring food. You will stay if you are visibly intoxicated. FUN=SAFE.
Party will happen, all we need is you!
