Greetings from Alabama
I have a 'tan' 99 F250 diesel SB CC Lariat that I ordered in Jan 1999. It is completely stock. I lurk when I have an issue. Other than that I simply drive and maintain my truck, which has been the best vehicle I have ever owned. I have 120K miles on it. Repairs are limited to water pump, power steering pump, cam position sensor, glow plug relay(s), alternator rebuild, brakes at 103K miles, batteries, new fuel filter drain valve. I replaced the transmission fluid at 15K with mobil 1 and it still smells new. I change Shell Rotella at 7500 mile intervals with infrequent oil analysis. My drivers leather seat fabric is falling apart. I consistently get 17 mpg driving to work and back. I haven't found anything I can't pull, including 15 full size cows in a trailer. (They are easier to pull in the trailer.)
There is the synopsis of almost 9 years of exceptional service from a truck I expect to last another 20 years.
I look forward to learning a lot and contributing what little I can to the discussion.

Congrats on your 99 F250 diesel Crew Lariat, they are one nice ride.
One good thing about hauling cattle is that they walk on and off trailer, no heavy lifting...
Be sure to post your intro in the AL chapter soon: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/forum145/
Season`s Greetings.
