Did something stupid today
Today I did somthing stupid my ventvisor was tucked under part of my mirror were it meets the door and it was holding the plastic from the mirror out I tried to move the ventvisor and snaped it can anyone tell me if I can get only the passenger side ventvisor or if I have to buy all 4 form ford $80.00 I have a 05 f-150 extended cab and how to remove glue from old one

I dont think you can buy just one. You should be able to get just the front pair. The sticky tape should come off with some wax & grease remover that you can get at a local auto paint store and a little bit scrubbing with a rag. While your at the paint store get you a small roll of 3M black double sided sticky tape to put back on.

I had a ventvisor on my Moms Grand Marquis and one of them fell off one day. I contacted ventvisor and they sent me a complete set as long as i could send them part of another visor with a part number on it. Try sending an emial to ventvisor and see if there is anything they could do for you. It took them a week or two to get back to me but it was worth it.

i like to use alcohol prep pads to get the glue residue off...... if it is really thick, then i use wd-40 first, and then the alcohol pads.
if you have to buy new ones, i would get the in-channel visors... much cleaner look, and no sticky tape on the outside to see or deal with.

Forget the VentVisor! Buy a set of Weathertech in channel visors. They fit perfectly, are easily removed, and there is no sticky glue. Order from Weathertech.com. I've ordered 2-3 sets for various vehicles, and never had a problem. Good Luck!
