Your lucky as you get to move around once in a while and get rid of stuff.
As you can tell I haven`t moved for a long time.

well...i plan to help out. consider the '85 as good as gone. if all goes well i'll be there the draggins weekend to help extract the engine. might not be able to take it right away if i don't have the screw set up to tow, but at least it'll be ready!!

nope. the '83 stays 2wd as a summer daily driver. i think i'll just find a solid engine for the '85, maybe a 300 to drop in it, rebuild the hub if it needs it like nathan says, and drive it for a winter truck, tough hunting truck.
