Thumbs up Sunvisor question?

Happy New Year everyone....I have the 4 gauge "A" pillar setup and when you put down the drivers sunvisor, it hits the top gauge. You then have to swing it to the side and put it behind the gauge as you swing it back to the front. I took it to a professional upholstery shop. He said he didn't want to butcher up the visor to cut the little flexible corner off the left side. Has anyone ever "mofided" one of the sunvisors? I may take the big one off, (if I can come up with a donor unit) ...and just use the little one that is under the main one with the mirror.....or does anyone know if the ones in a F150 are the same size as ours? I have a 2002 F-350? Thanks for any insight...Dave

No need to swing it to the side, just fold that little corner forward before you swing the visor down.

I do that sometimes when I can use both hands to put it down, but what I would like to do, is just have that little bendy part taken off completely. I would have figured a good sewing shop could have, but the way it is put together, they would not try it...
