I have a 03 Ford F250 6.0 and I was wondering if I could straight pipe my truck with 5 inch turbo back? Will it thow any codes with no cat? What should I do with the o2 sensor?

There is no O2 sensor so no worry of any codes. And i don't believe the 5" downpipe fits without a lot of persuasion from a hammer or a jack agains the firewall.

and welcome to FTE. do a search on the exhaust and you'll find plenty of reading for days.

i don't know, i have a 4" downpipe, but i've read about guys going larger and having to "adjust" the firewall in certain spots.

I'm running a 304ss kit from mbrp turbo back with no muffler. i still have the cat in place for legal reasons. it seems to keep the egt's down a little with the programer and it's a little louder than stock.

i gotta clarify i have a 3 1/2 " downpipe that goes into the cat. after the cat it changes to 4" all the way out.

A 3-1/2" downpipe will fit easy, but a 4" downpipe needs some hammering or crimping usually to make it fit so I don't know how you would be able to fit a 5" downpipe at all or if anyone even makes a kit with a 5" downpipe.

There is no o2 sensor and removing the cat and muffler will not throw any codes.

Biggest you can do I believe is a 4 inch downpipe and get an adapter from someone like MBRP and run 5 inch from the downpipe back.
