Does anyone know where to get these? Most of the dealers have ones that have too much stuff on them - I just want a plain FORD one or FORD Racing without all the desigh stuff on the sides!!
I must be getting old!
Your not getting old, just alot more refined...
Once in a while Jubilee Ford, Merlin and Canadian Tire have decent ones at some what of a reasonable price.
At car shows Ford Hats are usually way over priced.
I have one just what your looking for but it's close to 5 years old (Ford Racing one). Here's my hats again. Probably the funny part is I didn't pay for any of these hats as they have all been gifts. Thinking about it I don't think I've even paid for all eleven of my hats. My oldest on is the one I got from Disney World in 1996. It has maybe been worn 3 times and it still fits.

If it wasn`t for the copy rights I`d like to get some custom made Ford hats and possibly for our chapter. Likely it would be in the $10-15 range depending on the design, from Paul/Paso1.
Then on to leather or nylon club jackets....LOL!
As for FTE hats, that`s something to consider except for the shipping costs to Canada.
You`d possibly get them delivered more cheaply to Hawaii....

Ford used to offer a leather "bomber jacket" with 'Motorcraft Racing' imprinted on the upper left hand pocket sleeve.
Ford offered, in 1979, a special Mustang Racing Jacket to honor the Indy 500 Mustang Pace Car.
At the same event, all the service trucks were Fords and were painted in special colors.
Ford later sold versions of the Mustang Pace Car and the service trucks to the public.
Ford offered a whole host of special clothing, including several hats for the 25th Anniversary of the Mustang.
A black windbreaker with Ford Racing imprinted in red on it in two places was a real beaut.
Most Ford dealers have free catalogs with all sorts of wearable goodies for sale.
To answer a question that hasn't been asked...yet.
Yes, I have all the above clothing...and hats. Wish I had one of the trucks.

If we did make up some hats we could sell them and give the profit to FTE. First we would have to get their approval but I am sure they wouldn't mind a little extra income.
They would never know. I dont know how many times I have seen people that have went to print places and got a few cool pilsner hats and stuff like that.
Id sure like to see that 79 mustang jacket, got a pic of it by chance??
