I believe the problem lies with the rear upper control arm itself. The bushing set I have is for the arm stud. I suspect that the other rubber parts of the arm are part of the arm proper. We now have to search for a remanufactured arm or a decent one at the junk yard. Any one know where a rebuilt rear upper control arm can be found online? Now, don't laugh, but if I shot urethane foam into the bushing gap and let it set, would it work? Yes, I know it's crazy.

Don't do that. You should be able to find the part. Worst case scenerio find one with less miles at the salvage yard. The Areo isn't the only one I'd look for. Take a measurement. You could always cross select/reference one from another Ford-Linclon-mercury product from basically the same year-before-after etc....It costs to much in production when different sizes are made for production from a Manufacturer. They try to use things that are the same size for the most part to keep costs down. Let me know exactly what you need. Snap a pic and send it. I can look over here in Florida for you.---Boz
