Get some tow lights. The ranger is pretty small and lightweight. Unless you'll be going down some steep grades you shouldn't have too many problems. Leave yourself plenty of room up front. I'm not sure how your brakes will handle an emergency stop.
I would be more than a little concerned with the brakeing issue. what is the weight of the ranger? Where are you heading to? are you going twords Vantage? That is along and steep. Yakima? Manastash pass will whoop your brakes ****. Even the eastern slope of I90 between Hyak and the summit is a pretty good grade with lots of turns.
PLEASE! watch the Denny Creak downgrade (west side of Snoqualmie pass) You don't realize how steep it is until you are on your way down. I would suggest knocking your speed down to 50-55mph right after the summit. so many drivers let their speed get away with them no matter what they drive. Let them fly by. Remember last years 30 plus car pile up over Denny Creek? Get weather report for the pass. Right now it is real crappy. Your AWD is the way to go.
