05 Dies while doing 70 on the interstate

Thursday before noon I am taking my camper to the dealer to get some warranty work done and less than 2 miles before the exit the truck shuts off. Literally like the key was turned off.

Got it to the side fo the freeway and tried to start it again. No go, just cranks and cranks. SO I call my insurance looking for a tow and they tell me I don't have that package, grrrrr. They are nice enough to get everything handled for me but I do have to pay for the tow.

Mind you, I have a 26ft camper behind me too. Tow truck driver shows up and he can't help with the trailer but takes me and my truck to the dealer. I am fortunate enough that a buddy goes and takes my trailer to the dealer for me.

Next day the dealer calls and says the I had an High Oil pressure leak and they are tracing it down and that everythng will be under warranty. WHEW!

I get the bill, but it doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Anyone want to assist?

Parts showed replaced are:

Pump Asy - Fuel Injection 5c4z*9a543*b
Regulator - Fuel Pressure 5c3z*9c968*ca
Gasket 3c3z*9e933*aa
Nozzle Asy 4c3z*9e527*aa

Lines show this done:

6a543 42 Perf Visual OK oil level ok fuel pressure 60 PSI KOEO on demand pass KOEO cont p2290 P2291 P0278 Injector test pass PID monitor ICP and IPR syic ficm powers icp 68 PSI and IPR 85%out of spec perf air leak test no leaks found r and i ipr inspect found screen missing from ipr R and R high pressure pump and IRP vehicle started road test running rough and stops poer balance failed #6 injector R and R injector road test rtest ok

There is another page of deatils but it appears it is just broken down details of the same thing although it is hard for me to understand.

Anyone able to help me on this?

The icp was low at only 68 psi. It needs to be about 500 psi before the engine will start. It's hard to say exactly what was the cause of the no start from that description.

Looks like the high pressure oil pump, injection pressure regulator and the #6 injector were replaced.
