Thanks I was able to get it using your info. I REALLY appreciate it!! Also, what are some conditions of late timing? Mine carks easy but takes a while to catch, idles very rough and sluggish, and has low vacuum.

No need to guess, just buy or borrow a light and check it.

I tried using a timing light, but even after sanding and degreasing the balancer, I couldn't find the marks. Are there just lines or numbers written on it? Do you have any pics of the marks so i can maybe find them?

There is a whole bunch of numbers and marks on the ones I am familiar with. And a single pointer mounted on the timing cover. Make sure you put the light on the passenger side front spark plug wire.

On mine I saw 4 marks on the balancer and a round thing and a "pointer" on the timing cover. Your saying I should use the pointer?

Point the timing light at the pointer, and one of the marks on the damper will line up with the pointer when the light blinks.

ok another question. My dizzy is pretty siezed and I dont want to hit it or force it, any good tips on freeing it up? I already sprayed the base with PB and scrubbed it clean with a wire brush.

I've had several get stuck, only have had luck getting 1 loose. Like you said spray it with a good penetrating fluid, let it soak, tap on it lightly and let it soak some more if needed. A couple of mine made me so mad I just broke them off and repalced them.
If you need to pull it up, put some anti sieze on it.
