pinion angle

Has anyone pulled the helper spring , then lowered shackles and then lowered hangers had to shim the axle , I already pulled the helper and did the shackles which seem to lift the axle pointing down a little and no problems , now when I put on my front 2 inch lowering hangers wont it lift the pinion angle back the other way , like stock , since the front hangers are stock now it seems like it would change the pinion angle with the shackles lifting the spring higher in back and when I lift the front spring hangers it seems like it would level the pinion angle back out to stock . Front is not lowered yet . My flareside sits very high in the back stock , with 5 drop it still will be about 5 inches off the fender . My main question is anyone done this drop without pinion shims ? Thanks again for this worn out question . Does anyone know how to measure camber ? I just used a straight edge on the front rims an a level and was 1/2 bubble off , springs are old but no tire wear at all on the inside .
