Stack Kits, Stacks Yes or No
This is my first diesel truck. It was a Lemon Law exchange for a 2006 V10 F350.
I now have 25,000 miles on it, and use it to pull an enclosed car trailer.
I am interested in putting a set of 4 or 5 inch Chrome Turnout exhaust stacks for my 2007 F-350 Ford Power Stroke 6.0.
I would also like a plate or box to cover the “Y” pipe in the bed.
I have been doing some research and done a search on the forum. It looks like Grand Rock produces a quality product ( http://www.grpipes.com/powerflow.asp ).
I would like the height to be no higher the 84” from the ground as I want to still be able to go through the car wash. This is a 4X4 truck so the top of the tip will just be above the roofline.
I do not want LOUD. I had hopes of coming out of the stock muffler, doing a 180-degree turn, run back along the muffler to a point to go through the bed. The stock pipe is welded to the muffler so that will not work.
Suggestions?
Why can I not do attachments?
Thanks Glenn
