Those wheels look pretty good. Any clues how the paint will hold up?

Sorry to hear about the truck cookie. It is a rare night indeed when I do not see deer coming home from work in Harrison.

How bad is the damage? Got pics?

Two weeks ago there were 4 does in the road about 1:30 PM. That was weird!

If you guys are coming up 65 and going to MO...you drive right past where I work (North Arkansas College). Let me know next time. Maybe we can grab lunch or something.

Have a safe and happy New Year.

My Wish for You in 2008

May peace break into your house and may thieves come to steal your debts. May the pockets of your jeans become a magnet of $100 bills. May love stick to your face like Vaseline and may laughter assault your lips! May your clothes smell of success like smoking tires and may happiness slap you across the face and may your tears be that of joy. May the problems you had forget your home address! In simple words ............

May 2008 be the best year of your life!!!

I am getting the tires mounted up tomorrow....if all goes as planned! I don't know if the paint will hold up or not. I did put some clear coat on them but I don't think there is enought paint or clear on them. I has some of the paint chip off in small spots from hitting things as they are moved. The real test will be when we srech them tires around them!! I probably should have used the whole can of paint on them. I only used half, but that was cause I still have 2 more to paint. We will see, it is going to be a mud truck anyways!!

Cookie, that really sucks about the truck, I hope the damage wasn't to bad to that big monster!! Let me know if you need any help working on it.

The damage to big blue isn't too bad front bumper needs replaced the right front fender is tweaked just a little and the headlight is out of adj. don't know what's wrong there yet ( have tear it apart to do that ). If you just give her a quick look you could miss the damage. FORD TOUGH........

Yeah....it's not like it's off the road or anything. Just makes me sick to look at it. One of the guys from the 99-04 powerstroke forum is giving me a headlight and a grill, so all I have to do is buy a bumper and let Big Dave work some body man magic on the fender...but that isn't real pressing as the fender damage should be all but invisible once the rest of it is squared away.

Joe......I sure wish I would have thout about you before I took it in, but I was so flustered at the way it went down I just snached it up and took it to the little comp. repair guy in Cabot. I appreciate the offer though.

Brian. Wedrive through there at least a couple three times a year. I'll definitely let you know the next time.

Well....at least the computer is back up and running. Put a new Asus motherboard in it with a 3 gig Pentium 4 duo processor, and it's upgradeable in case I ever need a quad core processor. Also upped the memory from 512 meg to 1 gig.

Got a headlight and a grill for the truck....so at least I can see where I'm going. Still looking for that "perfect" bumper.

I think it would be a good and justafiable reason to put one of those big steel bumpers on the truck!!!

I know....but all the big steel bumpers that could withstand that kind of impact are rediculously expensive. I just ordered an all chrome (no valence) stock replacement for less than $300
