5.4 Supercrew
Is there a chip out there for this motor to help increase fuel mileage. Just want the most mpg for commuting, not concerned about power/performance
if so how many mpg more can you get

Tuners and the like won't do much for mileage when it comes to a gas burner as compared to what you might see with a diesel. You'll likely see more mileage increase if you keep your foot out of it. If your going to get a tuner, get it for the performance(although it still does not net the amount that you could get with a diesel tuner) not for the mileage increase. If it really is just mileage that your looking for, save your money and drive easier on the truck. I'm sure it's not the answer that you wanting to hear, but anyone that tells you you will definately see an improvement using a tuner is selling you a bill of goods. You might see some, you might not and at atleast 300 for the tuner, you can buy a few gallons of gas and just learn to drive easier and be a little ahead of the game as compared to spending the money and run the risk of getting no mileage improvements. Tuner by itself won't help you, you'll need to improve the efficiency of the truck overall and then maybe with a tuner that might help you, but it'll cost you and it will take awhile to recoup what it cost you.
