Off topic but its a ford i was just curious. Intake extension on a grand marque
I figured most of here are ford guys, my grandma just got a 2004 grand marque (crown vic) and on the intake it has an extension off of the intake tube after the filter but before the MAS. This extension is like 2 by 8 inches. It has no sensors plugged into it and it is permanently attached. Any one have any idea what purpose this extension serves?
