Can I use existing wheel cylinders with a 80's power brake booster on My 64 F-100.

Yes as long as you can mate the master cylinder to the booster.
The master cylinder needs to match the wheel cylinders.

You may want to take a look at the tech "Articles / Specs", just click the
bar at the top of the page and go to brakes! And you should also do a
search, it will help you a lot.
