hi...anyone have a hood latch assembley that will fit a 79 f100 or know where to get one... thanks

i think any 73-79 will fit.some are cable release from under the dash,my 79 is.they should work,even if yours isnt,you could upgrade to that style, if you find a donor truck at the wrecking yard.

ive checked all the junk yards and cant seem to find one....my truck didnt come with one at all

How about a complete locking hood latch system ?
