Yes, Basically the divorced set-up uses a 2wd tranny and couples it to a remote mounted t-case with a small driveshaft. Most commonly found in the F250 high-boy series trucks. You might try searching the high boy threads to get more info and answers if you need them.

Yes, just look for a stamped tag bolted to the unit. There is a thread post about some one with a divorced conversion, he posted alot of pics, check it out when you get a chance. I just posted on it so it should be at the top of the list
