Are you talking about the speakers that put out the opposite frequency as your exhaust note, so the two overlapping sound waves overlap and cancel each other out?
I think of a reducer as those short pieces the parts stores sell with two different ends, like 2" and 2.5" for connecting different size pipes. But an eccentric reducer? do you mean that the two different sized pipes are offset? Can't imagin why it would be that way.
Most reducers are concentric meaning the centers are at the same point whether or not the two ends are the same diameter, an eccentric is offset with one side being flush while the other has the reduction as it were,
reason I'm looking for the latter is that I've installed a header on my Bronco and its got the I-6 and I'm not fond of the dual three cylinder note its playing, and where the two pipes come together is just before the cross member and the pipe will be damn near flush with it. I plan to run a full length 3" over the the axle and out in the stock location from the collector and was curious if I could find a reducer that was what I'm looking for.
Only place I can really think of that might have those is somebody that does steel (plumbing) pipe in Schedule 10, otherwise I don't think I've ever see an eccentric reducer in anything thin enough for exhaust.
